The room assigned to me didn't match the expectations set by the hotel. it faced the kitchen area, and the constant noise was quite bothersome. I also found the lack of air conditioning a problem, forcing me to keep the window open despite the noise. the dining experience was also disappointing, the service was slow and the food quality didn't justify the price. it was like the kitchen was overwhelmed, impacting the overall experience. i was left with a feeling of under expectation.

great location, good services
fantastic location separate lounge double sink
the location is fantastic , offering access to pyrenees views directly from the hotel window. we had a great room with a separate lounge and a large bedroom. the bathroom includes two sinks , a standard feature in this type of hotel.
i did not get the double bed i requested. this was slightly disappointing.
